Data we access and why

  • One Business Profile permission (business.manage), used to read your performance metrics, reviews, posts and location details
  • Basic Google account information (your email address and name), used to identify you

We only read data. We never change, post, reply to or delete anything on your Business Profile.

How to connect

  1. Open Looker Studio and add this connector with the Add to Looker Studio button above.
  2. Click Authorize and sign in with the Google account that manages your Business Profile.
  3. Choose your location, pick a data source, and click Connect.

Each location is its own data source in Looker Studio.

Account

You do not need to sign up separately. A free PouLance Metrics account is created automatically the first time you authorize.

Note on Google verification

While Google verification is in progress, Google may show an unverified app screen. Click Advanced, then Go to PouLance Metrics to continue.
