How do I connect my Google Business Profile?
Open Looker Studio, add the PouLance Metrics connector and click Authorize, then sign in with the Google account that manages your Business Profile. Once approved, choose your location from the dropdown.
Can I connect multiple Google accounts?
Yes. Pro plan supports 3 Google accounts and Agency plan supports 10 Google accounts. This is ideal for agencies managing multiple clients.
How do I add the connector to Looker Studio?
Open Looker Studio, add the connector and click Authorize, then sign in with the Google account that manages your Business Profile. No token is needed.
Is my Google data secure?
Yes. We use OAuth 2.0 for secure access and never store your Google password. OAuth tokens are stored in an access-controlled database with encryption at rest provided by our database host. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account settings.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Email support@poulancemetrics.com to cancel or change your plan, with no questions asked. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. No cancellation fees.
